Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 16 oz ( 500 g) cream cheese
  • 8 oz ( 250 g) butter
  • 5 cups ( 22 oz) ( 625 g) confectioner's sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Ensure the cream cheese and butter are at room temperature. Whip together until lightened.
  2. Add the confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Whip together a few minutes until completely smooth and fluffy.
